Procure 360 operates a B2B marketplace that connects food suppliers with hotels and restaurants. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the platform, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies to suppliers, establishments, and visitors to our website.

How we use information

We use the information we collect to operate the marketplace and to honour the transactions made on it. Specifically, we use it to:

• Create and verify accounts, and run separate onboarding for suppliers and establishments.
• Run auctions, process bids and offers, and record awards on weekly cycles.
• Produce bid and winner analytics for the parties entitled to see them.
• Send transactional notifications about auctions, offers, and account activity.
• Protect the platform against fraud, abuse, and security threats.

Competitive data & masking

The marketplace is built on a core rule: establishments and administrators see full data, while suppliers see only their own position. A supplier’s pricing and identity are masked from competing suppliers at all times. We apply this masking throughout the platform, including in analytics and notifications, so that competition stays fair.

Sharing & disclosure

We do not sell personal information. We share information only as needed to run the marketplace or as required by law, including with:

• The counterparties to a transaction, limited to what each side is entitled to see under the masking rule above.
• Service providers who process data on our behalf under appropriate confidentiality obligations.
• Authorities, where disclosure is required by applicable law or to protect rights and safety.

Data retention

We keep information for as long as your account is active and for the period needed to meet the purposes described here, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. Records of completed transactions may be retained for longer where required for accounting or regulatory reasons.
